Bypass Corrosion Racks

Imotron instruments provides conventional or custom-designed Bypass Rack systems for online corrosion monitoring. Commonly used in the industrial water treatment to determine the corrosive properties of potable - process - or cooling water.

These systems are available in PVC, Carbon Steel or Stainless steel.

The PVC Corrosion Racks are ready for use and fully installed and mounted on a 10 mm. PVC board, complete with a PVC line strainer (filter), PVC ball-valve and with or without a Flow meter 250 – 2500 Liter/Hour. Supplied with on both ends a 1” male threaded connection and 4 PVC / Nylon coupon holders.

We also are able to supply racks with transparent horizontal tubes for Bio Fouling tests.
